With over 25 years of extensive experience in industrial building, warehouse, commercial complex, and road construction, Mr. Ajay H. Thakur has established himself as a trusted name in the real estate industry. His deep expertise in land acquisition and sales, combined with a keen strategic vision, enables him to identify, evaluate, and secure prime land for diverse projects.

Mr. Subhash Patel

( Founder & Director )

Mr. Subhash Patel has been a trusted name in the real estate industry when it comes to having unparalleled experience in land acquisition and sales. His sharp vision has made him an expert at identifying, evaluating and acquiring prime plots of land for different projects.

Apart from taking the business to the next level, he also has a soft spot for those who cannot progress in society. He heads all CSR activities to uplift underprivileged communities. He also initiated affordable housing societies which are reasonable and easily accessible. What sets him apart is that he embodies a very unique blend of business acumen and humanitarian values. He aims to not just contribute towards the progress of the organization but also take into consideration how he can work for the betterment of society.

Mr. Shivam S Patel

Son, of Mr. Subhash Patel, Mr. Shivam brings forth a fresh perspective to the table along with some innovative ideas and renewed energy! His commitment to take the family’s legacy can be seen in his approach to the company. His eagerness and active involvement in the business portray his keenness to take the family’s legacy ahead. For the last 5 years, he has been working closely with his father, learning the ropes and understanding what it takes to run a company.

Mr. Shivam carries new directions that can help create groundbreaking projects in today’s world. Under his leadership, Sunrise Oaks and Gokul Dham projects have witnessed successful launches. These projects set new standards in quality and design. He leverages innovative strategies, modern infrastructural methods and a customer-centric approach to help every project become a success. It is Mr. Shivam’s visionary mindset and dedication that shall shape Arth Group’s future and help scale to new heights.

Mr. Harsh Patel

( Director-Marketing )

Hails from a global sales & management experience with an extensive background in the Specialty Plastics industry.

With a roaring experience of 14 years in the industry have gained an in-depth knowledge of business development, marketing, and adaptations to global markets. This combined with a strategic planner and a rigorous executioner, qualities required for a real marketer.

He has constantly worked towards development & coordinating activities. This includes adapting to changing situations to maximize cost effectiveness and keeping a track of new trends, economic indicators and competitors.

He now wishes to enter the real estate industry bearing all the experience gained over the years.

Mr. Yatin Patel

( Director-Operations )

He holds a degree into electronics & telecommunications after which he catered to the Electronics industry & gained a good amount of technical knowledge then. Later moved to the UK for his Post Graduation. After his return further dwelt into electrical & control panels along with textile manufacturing machines & added further knowledge.

He comes from a family background where farming & landscaping are his forte. Also have been into the real estate market for a while now.

This has helped him gain knowledge about the local trends & has worked closely with the regulators of the area. This is always an upper hand for the smooth operations & functioning of the company.

His inputs to the company will provide a robust support to the process overall.
